Welcome to Clergy Writing Circles, an opportunity to inspire and support your personal process of opening, readying for the coming of a new year. Together we will consider the journey of this past year, recentering your own spirit, allowing you space and time to slow down and gently prepare for your calling to lead others during the Yamim Noraim. My hope is that you will give yourself the gift of quiet time to reflect and to write, then share within collegial circles of safety and generosity.
I have structured this experience not in large Zoom sessions but with the intimacy permitted by small, well-facilitated circles which afford a deeper level of the nourishment we crave. Each circle, limited to ten clergy participants, will meet on Zoom once a week for four weeks, and is greatly enhanced by having the leadership and facilitation of a Derekh Associate, a clergy member who has worked with me extensively over a number of years and who will hold sacred space in which you can share with colleagues heart-to-heart.
Each group in this program has its own start date, as listed. You’ll receive materials and writing prompts each week for four weeks focused on particular themes - write whenever you choose, as little or as much as serves you best. The cost of the month-long program is $100; please contact us if this is a barrier to participation.
Each group will be limited to 10 clergy participants - register below for your preferred time:
